By accessing or using the Liquideep website at liquideep.com, or any feature offered through it — including the shop, the mailing list, account sign-in and the games hub — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use the site if you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you should only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Some features — such as making purchases — may be restricted to users who are 18 or older.

3. Accounts

The Liquideep name, logo, wordmark, recordings, lyrics, photography, video, artwork and the design and code of this website are owned by Liquideep or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

When using the site you agree not to:

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code that interferes with the site’s operation.

• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with Liquideep.

6. Shop, Purchases and Refunds

Prices, availability and product details on the shop may change without notice. By placing an order you make an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed by our third-party payment partner; we do not store your card details.

We aim to fulfil orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates. Refunds, returns and exchanges are governed by the policy shown at checkout and by your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 in South Africa.

7. Tickets and Live Events

Where the site links to or sells tickets for live events, the relevant promoter or ticketing partner is the seller of record. Their terms — including refund, transfer and entry policies — apply to the ticket. Liquideep is not responsible for cancellations, postponements or venue conditions outside our control.

8. Booking Enquiries

Booking enquiries sent through the site or to bookings@nirvatone.com are not contracts. A confirmed booking only exists once a written agreement has been signed and any required deposit has been received.

9. Mailing List and Communications

If you join our mailing list, we will send you music, tour, shop and behind-the-scenes updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email or by emailing us.

10. Third-Party Links and Embeds

The site links to and embeds content from third parties — streaming services, social platforms, news sites and others. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of those third parties. Use them at your own risk and review their terms before relying on them.
